  6. Approval from the Committee for Goods and Materials Subject to Import and Export Control (MOFA) for restricted countries.

  5. Letter from the Ministry of Defense for military vehicles.
  6. Certified letter from the consulate or embassy, with MOFA stamp authentication, containing company letter requesting armored vehicles, trade license copy, and passport copies of all parties involved.
