Property and building owners in the Emirate of Dubai are required to register all employees working as "Caretakers" or "Janitors" in their properties and buildings, who are registered with the Federal Authority for Identity and are under their personal sponsorship or the sponsorship of the Owners' Association, in the SIRA e-Service portal
