A full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is made in writing within 24 hours of payment and *before* any application has been initiated or processed on the relevant government portals.
If a cancellation request is made after the application process has been initiated, we will refund our Service Fee only. Government Fees (such as those for SIRA, DHA, or DataFlow) are non-refundable as per UAE government regulations once the application is underway.
Our 'Success Pack' study materials are considered digital products. Once these materials have been downloaded by the user or sent via email, the fee for the study materials is non-refundable.
