  • Required documents for a jewelry display permit
    1. A request letter from the jewellery company mentioning the exhibition date, location, and contact number
    2. No Objection Letter from the exhibition venue
    3. Trade License
    4. The layout of the exhibition area including display cases, camera locations, guard positions, and entry/exit doors (Size A4)
    5. A valid registration certificate from SIRA for the installation company
  • Required documents for an armored vehicles display permit
    1. Trade License
    2. Certificate from the armor factory, including the number of vehicles, chassis numbers, vehicle types, and type of armor
    3. Request letter for the exhibition from the armor factory, including the location, address, and duration of the exhibition
    4. Letter from the event organizer and a letter from the exhibitor
    5. Letter from a governmental or military authority if the exhibition is outside the Emirate of Dubai
